USB Device Not Recognized

When I connect my digital camera, the USB Device not recognized box showes
up. Same thing happens with my scanner but the printer works fine. I tried
connecting the camera to the port where the printer is connected but same
thing happens. I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them but no luck. I
even reinstalled whole system software so everything is fresh, the updates
are all done. Still not working. Any help greatly appreciated.

This site has specific patches for devices, chipsets, etc. It mentions
WinME but is actually the XP page. Press Ctrl/F and do a Find for your
specific device. Also search for your mobo, etc..
