USB can't access

Hi,

I am using Vista business, I get access is denied on dvd player SD/ MMS and
all
usb devices, red circles around the DVD and USB icons in explorer .

When DVD is isnserted it gives error message :
"Access violation at address 0049DA05 in module ‘ awtray.exe’. read of
address 00000000"

When I ran " KB925528" , "The update doesn't apply to your system "pop up

I notice it during failure to backup

Please HELP !

Are you logged into a Domain? If so speak to your System Administrator about
it. Most external device access to your computer can be contolled by a Group
Policy to help prevent introducing problems to the network.

There is only one computer and one account.I am the administrator. It
doesn't change even if I turn off the UAC (user account control).
