USB Boot Failure

Hi all,
I am using USB Disk Module of Apacer.i prepared XPe image for USB
Boot and i added everything needed for USB Boot.When i started FBA process it
showing me nothing but it displayed NTLDR:Fatal Error 1 Reading BOOT.INI.

Before going into more details, have you checked all the items from USB Boot troubleshooting section of the docs?
