DOC boot error

Dear all:
Thanks in advance.
I boot my windows XP Embedded OS from the uDiskOnChip, and I set
uDiskOnChip as the first boot device(I can see the DOC in the BIOS), when I
restart my computer I got an error "NTLDR:Fatal error 1 reading boot.ini"
I also see that there is no fbalog.txt file in the FBA folder,
when build the image, I get no errors, what's wrong with something?

Could you give me some advice that I should how to solve this problem.
Thanks very much.

Sounds like the BIOS is emulating the uDOC as a floppy drive. In my ASUS
system, I have to set USB flash disk as a emulated hard drive for the OS to
boot from the uDOC. Is there an option to set the USB Flash disk to emulate
a hard drive?

Dear Sean Liming:
Thanks for your reply. My motherboard just is ASUS
I am very sorry I don't know how to set USB flash disk as a emulate hard
drive.

There's usually settings in the BIOS of the motherboard that determines
whether it treats USB boot devices as floppies or hard drives.

In my ASUS' BIOS setup, the setup is found under Advanced->USB
Configuration->USB Mass Storage Device Configuration. The uDOC needs to be
plugged in for the options to be available. The M-Systems utilities that are
refered too, are for get preparing the uDOC disk for an OS image. These
utilities were free from M-Systems last time I checked.

Hi Sean Liming:
In my ASRock BIOS setup, the setup si found under
Boot-->Remevable device--> USB:M-System UDOC
I notice that there is also "Floppy disk" in Remevable device item. I
think the windows think of uDOC as a floppy, not as a boot device such as
CD-ROM or Hard Disk.

Could you give me an URL where can I get the utilities,I didn't find
where it is on the M-system web.
