USB Autorun Not working

While plugging any USB flash drive into my laptop, it does not open the
folder view automatically because once I disabled that option. But now I want
to change it back. How to do it?
 
Download/Install TweakUI and run it. In TweakUI, double-click "My Computer" - "AutoPlay" - "Types". Place a checkmark near "Enable Autoplay for removable drives", and click OK.

Note that enabling the AutoPlay option for removable drives is NOT recommended in security point of view. See:
