USB audio device in Device Manager not in MP9

I have a Sony MZ-R700 MP3 MiniDisk recorder/player hooked
up to a digital PC Link thru the USB port. OS is WIN
XP....The device manager see's the USB audio device, but
it does not appear in the device list in Media Player 9.

Any ideas would be appreciated.....

That's correct - you would have to ask Sony to add support for WMP9.
