usb.2 driver

I would like to know how I can tell if I got usb.2
support.
I have installed KB822603-x8nu, but does not seem to make
any differents I go into device manager and under USB it
has Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller no
mention of usb.2. so what should I see and where can I
get a usb.2 driver and how can I test to see if it's
working correct.
