USB 2 and the XP Device Manager...

I wish to assign all of my ports to be USB2.

Currently 4 of the 6 ports I have tried say they are a low
speed port, when plugging in a high speed device.

Giga-byte Ka-8na (1600 FSB model), BIOS says both 1 & 2.
All drivers for the motherboard current and installed.
USB2 driver not a download for XP in the Giga-byte website.
No patch file could be found in the Giga-byte website.

MY CURRENT CONFIGURATION IN DEVICE MANAGER:

USB controller
|
+-- Enhanced
|
+-- Open
|
+-- Open
|
+-- Hub
|
+-- Hub
|
+-- Hub

Notes:
a) Three (4) of the 6 ports (one from each pair) I have tried were the open
/ low speed ports.
b) Two additional ports have not been plugged into the (second of 2)
motherboard connector at this time.
c) No USB PCI cards installed on the motherboard.

DESIRED CONFIGURATION IN DEVICE MANAGER:

USB controller
|
+-- Enhanced
|
+-- Hub
|
+-- Hub
|
+-- Hub
|
+-- Hub
|
+-- Hub
|
+-- Hub
|
+-- (Future Hub)
|
+-- (Future Hub)

QUESTION:
How do I restructure the Device Manager to show this tree, in this manner?

------------------------------------------------------

I see there are a lot of threads out there who have similar problems.
The biggest hint I saw was to delete ( / remove ) all declarations in the
device manager, except the Enhanced, and to reboot.
One thread implied to remove the Enhanced also.
I do not know if XP will rebuild the USB in the manner shown in the
second tree I have shown above, but I would like it too.

The only way to find out is to try...?

Any ideas, suggestions, or proper responses before I do this?

This board removed all blank spaces in the second tree.
The tree should read "subfolders" to the Enhanced "folder"...
