USB 2.0 warning

Is there a way that I can shut off that annoying USB 2.0 warning when you
plug a USB 2.0 device into a USB 1.1 port? It drives me nuts. I would like
to disable this balloon popup message only if possible. I used to have my
front USB ports be USB 2.0, but my motherboard is older and wouldn't support
it properly. Half of the time the computer would restart, so I had no
choice but to make the back USB ports 2.0 again and the front USB ports 1.1
again.

To turn off balloon tips (all balloon tips) you must use Tweak UI under the
menu heading 'Taskbar & Start menu'-uncheck 'enable ballon tips'.
