USB 2.0 Device not seen

We are using a removeable drive bay from ViPower which
connects to a USB 2.0 port. Our problem is that this bay
is not always seen by XPe. There is no pattern as to
whether the unit is connected before or after boot up.
Once the system sees the drive, it will continue to see
it until next power off or re boot, then if it does not
see it, there is no sure way of helping Win XPe find it.
The system is using a Gigabyte mb with an Intel 82801EB
EHCI controller. Latest Intel driver is installed and
shows up in device manager as an Intel 82801EB Enhanced
controller.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
Thanks

There are no Intel USB drivers, only inf file belongs to Intel, driver is
provided by MS.
There is few weeks old XPe USB QFE that you can download from MS.

Let us know if it will solve your problems.
