USB 2.0 Controller Not Recognized

M

Matt

I'm having trouble using a USB 2.0 video capture device.
When I plug in the device Windows says "HI-SPEED USB
Device Plugged into non HI-SPEED USB Hub". After reading
Microsoft's Knowledge Base on this issue I checked Windows
Update to see if the USB 2.0 driver would be available
there, but it was not. Next I tried reinstalling Service
Pack SP1a, and I still got the same result. When I look
in device manager I see a USB controller listed in the
Other devices section, with the yellow exclamation point
icon. When I examine this controller it indicates that
there is no driver installed for it. What else can I do
to install the USB 2.0 driver? Is that the solution, or
is there something else I need to do?

Thanks in advance,
Matt
