USB 2.0 + Code 10

HI all,

Losing my mind here. Just to start off Im not the
techiest person in the world so bear with me!

I bought an I-Pod for Christmas, and had to go through a
number of things to get it all sorted. But now have
encountered a problem that i cant seem to solve.
Basically i got a USB 2.0 card, installed it in the
computer, everything cool and then I got to Device
Manager and its not there is a problem with it. Its
says "Code 10", and the usd card wont start.

please help me as Im driven mad by this, any mails
welcome....im sure its easy for you tech folk!

did the card come with an installation cd.... Have u
installed the drivers from cd.... sometimes the drivers
provided by default do not always work for usb 2.0
