url's won't open

[roadrunner]

recently when i click on an url in an email or on a website, it doesn't open
internet explorer.. i have to copy and paste into the browser to get there.
Is there some setting that might have changed? thanks in advance.

Assuming you mean Outlook Express?

How do I get HTTP hyperlinks in OE to open IE, when I click them?:
