URLMON.DIL error on IE6

When on the WEB I periodically get this error when trying to load a page:
Explorer has caused an error in URLMON.DIL Explorer will now close. When
this happens explorer closes and I loose all of my display icons on the
bottom info toolbar on the screen. The only one remaining is the Volume
icon.Everything is still running but doesn't show it. I an running Windows
ME. This is really a problem since I am developing in FrontPage now and I
have to save everything I do all the time in case IE6 goes down. Any help
would be appreciated.
