URL errors

What causes me to get these "extra characters" in a URL anytime I click
a link, history, etc?

http:///? www.foodproductsoflouisiana.com

Of course it results in a page error.

I have run Trend Micro, Norton, and Spyware Doctor, and I'm clean.

All Links? Only one link? The link was wrong. It seems to have had an extra
/? and a blank.

fully 90% of my browser entries, whether links, typed in, from my
history, or whatever.

'something' is inserting these characters in my address bar.
