Please help, Virus problem

Thanks for looking guys, I got a virus on our computer somehow (probably through email) I believe its called the Adarson virus. It sets your homepage to adarson.com and you cant change it. Also it doest let you run task manager. Run is missing from the start menu and says its disabled when you hit the windows key and 'r'. If anyone knows how to fix it or what to do, that would be awsome.
