What Registry Keys have you checked?

Have you check these locations?

[HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]

Delete or change the value to 0 for "NoDispScrSavPage".

Thanks william for replying,

Yes, I checked all the locations where the "NoDispScrSavPage" appears. All
were set to 0.

Let me also tell you I am running XP Home, so no group policy aplies here.

Should I Delete the ...Policie\System branch or keys?

Thanks

Could you Export this key from the registry and post back the details for
this key?

[HKCR\CLSID\{ADB9F5A4-E73E-49b8-99B6-2FA317EF9DBC}]

Also could you check these locations for any Block CLSIDs?

[HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Shell Extensions\Blocked]
and
[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Shell Extensions\Blocked]

Also, does this happens for all User Accounts?
