also one more question

im going to try and get norton systemworks.
will that remove all those proglems??
thank you

G

Gerry

I suspect AVG has aleady dealt with the problems. Open the AVG Test
Center and then the Virus Vault. The Vault is a log of resolved
problems.

gzrmrt.dll is an unknown file so I cannot give any further information.

nsvD.dll can produce an entry in a Hijackthis log like:
O2 - BHO: SSL encrypt - {746455FE-D059-47e7-AF0E-140E03F5A447} -
C:\WINDOWS\system32\nsvD.dll

You have no similar entry in your log.

csrss.exe is a Microsoft file normally found in the system32 folder with
backup copies elsewhere. The file can also be malware using the
csrss.exe name to disguise it's true identity. In your case you have a
copy in a cursors folder, which is not a logical place to find a copy.

Unless you know better I suspect we are discussing yesterdays completed
business.

Hope this helps.

PnkBstrA.exe it can be legit or it can be not, so try to see if you
installed an iffy game from unknown site and uninstall it, as Dave
highlighted, send your log to a Hijackthis forum not here!.
Info about PnkBstrA.exe :
