Urgent !!What is wrong with me domain?

any one even just new created user can right click on
comupter manage after that he can connect to any server
including DCs
and read the Log files expect security log!
is this the default permission ?!!!
 
I believe you are correct. You can however use Group Policy to prevent users
from using things like Computer Management or Event Viewer in user
configuration/administrative templates/Windows components/Microsoft
Management Console/restricted&permitted snapins. --- Steve
