Description:
1-2 years experience as an application packager.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of Windows operating system Windows 2000, Windows
XP and Vista.
Solid knowledge of MSI and its technologies.
Working knowledge of programming and scripting languages
InstallShield
script and VBScript.
Working knowledge of InstallShiedl(preferred) or Wise Suite products.
Experience with VMWare.
The below skills will definitely add to the viability of the
candidate:
Understanding of Application Packaging with InstallShield AdminStudio
6.0 or later, Creating Windows Installer based installations with
InstallShield or Wise Products, good understanding of Application
Packaging and Deployment methologies. Gain knowledge of Vista
Packaging and Migration, Application Shimming, Application
Virtualization, Experience with Application Compatibility Toolkit.
