Urgent - Replies to my emails disappear!!

When someone replies to one of my email messages (created in Outlook), their
reply disappears. I do not receive it; my ISP server doesn't receive it; they
do not get any kind of error message or bounce-back. My ISP is Verizon.

What could the problem be? I posted this question several days ago and got
no help.

I have Outlook 2002 SP3 on Windows XP Service Pack 2.

By the sounds of things this is not an Outlook problem. Since you ISP does
not receive the reply, Outlook won't. I doubt it is the original message you
sent, but you could try sending the email from a web based location (ISP
website?) and see if that works.
