Problem when people reply to my email

We are having a problem with email - when someone replies to our email
(rather than starting a completely new message), we do not get these replies.
They simply disappear into etherspace - the sender does not get an error
message, it appears that the reply has sent successfully, but the reply never
shows up on our end. The email doesn't even show up on our ISP's server.

It's a serious problem when the sender doesn't know that the message hasn't
arrives, and we don't even know that a message was sent and not received by
us.

We have Outlook 2002 on Windows XP, Service Pack 2. We use Outlook for all
email functions. Could this be an Outlook-related problem?

Are you sure you're sending out with a proper e-mail address? In case you
are running a mailserver make sure that your MX records are properly
registered at your ISP.

Hi Roady,
Thanks - as far as we know the email address is correct. We are not running
an email server. Our ISP is Verizon.

But mails that aren't replied to but newly created are arriving? When they
reply the address is correct as well? Do you have the same behavior when you
try it yourself by sending it to a Hotmail account and reply from there?
