URGENT: Outlook 2003 wont install

We previosuly had outlook 2000 and XP in our network and we pushed outlook
2003 out over the network through active directory to all users, and it
keeps performing a fatal error during installation and rolls back, but it
took outlook 2000 and xp with it it seems. We need to get this fixed very
fast. The log files don't even seem to provide any detailed information..

Slight update... when installing outlook from Office 2003 CD it works for
some reason, but when it's a standalone CD that came with Exchange 2003
server pack (the one we are licensed to use) it causes the error... it did
work for a couple systems though strangely... but hte majority of the
systems it wont work for. (about 1 in 20 work)
