Not getting Log In prompt when using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

No longer getting Log In prompt when using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003,
after loading "Microsoft Office Outlook Connector 12.1" & In box is not
showing new mail.

I am using Windows XP, Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 with SP3. This was
working fine before September 1, 2009. On September 1, 2009 I stopped
getting the Hotmail Log In prompt so I downloaded the "Microsoft Office
Outlook Connector 12.1" and went through the install instructions and still
do not get the Hotmail Log In prompt. I have re-booted and still do not get
the Hotmail Log In prompt.

Did you configure the account or did it upgrade after installing the Outlook
Connector?
Remove the account via Tools-> E-mail Accounts and close Outlook.
Then start it again and add your Hotmail account via;
Outlook Connector-> Add a New Account...

You asked if I configured the account.
This was a working Hotmail account that I have had for years.
I have been using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 to access my Hotmail account
for years.
When you ask if I configured the account, are you asking if I configured the
account again after I completed the install process for "Microsoft Office
Outlook Connector 12.1"?
I did not configure the account again after completing the install process
for "Microsoft Office Outlook Connector 12.1".
I followed the installation instructions & I do not see anything about
configuring the account.
How do I tell if if the account upgraded after installing the Outlook
Connector?
When I open Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and open the Help dropdown window,
the "About Outlook Connector" shows version 12.0.6423.1000
This does NOT seem to be the same as the 12.1

You mention removing my account. Will this also remove all my folders
("Favorite Folders" and "All Mail Folders") down the left side of screen?

It normally shows a login box.
The Microsoft Outlook window opens & shows "Favorite Folders" and "All Mail
Folders" down the left side of screen like it should, and the "Reminders"
windows pops up like it should, but none of the new mail is showing up in the
"Inbox in Hotmail".
The login box is no longer coming up.

I'm also getting this issue. Did anyone get to the bottom of this issue.
