Urgent IE problem

When i try to open a page for example google it syas if i want to dwonload ,
opena or cancel that page (like a normal dowloading window), if a open it it
says do you want to download the file

ENFallback.asp from shell.windows.com

what is this i restores and reinstalled the IE but nothing happens

It would appear that your file type association for html files is messed up.

First, in IE go to Tools...Internet Options...Programs tab. Click Reset Web
Settings and make sure the box is checked at the bottom re IE being the
default browser. Close all instances of IE, then restart IE and answer
'yes' to any pop-up asking if you want IE to be the default browser.

If no joy, download
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/fileassoc/html_association_fix.zip - this is a
..reg file zipped up. Close all instances of IE. Unzip it to your desktop,
right click and choose Merge. Reboot and see if your problem has been
resolved.
