URGENT-Export Autocomplete PWs fr Diff User Acc

Is there a way to export or somehow retrieve autocomplete passwords
from a different Windows user account? My sister has a different
Windows account on my PC but she has lost her login password, and she
has plenty of autocomplete passwords stored in there which she needs
over the weekend.

Please help. Thank you very much!

Hello!
You can login as Administrator and reset your sister password for local
account.

I have also lost my administrator password (my sis was the one who
actually set it)

Is there any other way out? Thanks.
