URGENT, COMPUTER PROBLEM 2

Ok sorry about the blank post. Alright, my computer WILL
NOT SHUT DOWN, I have to use the button on the auctual
computer. I click shutdown, and all my programs close but
then NOTHING happens. HELP!

Can you see any messages like 'Windows is shutting down...'? Windows XP
generally takes a while to shutdown (especially when stubborn programs don't
close).
