upsizing to sql server

I am definitely the administrator The 'me' sttement tells me so. So why do
I get something like 'you do not have permission to perform this operation?

Did you try the SQL Server news groups? This one is for FrontPage and even
if you're doing your site in FrontPage this is a database issue and they
would be better able to help.
 
What's "The 'me' sttement " that is telling you these things?
