Upsizing error

The Upsizing wizard was working previously. Now, after
performing an upgrade to SP3 (now on 9.0.6926 SP-3), I
receive an error after selecting Tools | Db Utilities |
Upsizing Wizard.
"the wizard you need may be missing from the libraries
key of the MS Access section of the Windows Registry"

What needs to be done to launch the Upsizing Wizard?

Tim,
You might want to try (from the Access Menu) Help, Detect and Repair. I've
had to do this more than once after software upgrades.
