Hello,
Can an MS-Access 97-2000 db has been transformed into an executable, can it
be "upsized" to MS-SQL Server 7-2000???
If so, what tools are needed, & is there a step-by-step process someone can
point me to????

Thank you,

No, Access files can't be transformed into executables. Access program files
(the user interface) always require either the Retail or Runtime version of
Access to be installed in order to run.
can it be "upsized" to MS-SQL Server 7-2000???
If you are talking about an existing .mde file then no, it can't be (unless
you have the original .mdb file from which it was created).
If you are talking about an existing .mdb file then yes (probably).

Hello,
"Thank You"...
But I do have the original .mdb file...
Then once that .mdb file has been upsized, can it be turned into an
executable...

Neither Access MDBs nor MDEs can be converted into executables.
