Uploading

I am useing window xp pro, i have a file in my documents,
that I need to upload to a web site, How do I do this?

If this is your own website, most sites for user websites have tools for
this purpose.

If you were requested to do this by someone else, they need to provide you
with the proper tool for doing so. Sometimes its an FTP server, in which
case you only need to log on to their server with the login information they
provide, then its a simply case of dragging the file on your system to the
location on theirs.

There are other means but it is site dependent and you haven't given us
enough information to help much beyond what I have posted.
