Uploading difficulty

I've been having trouble uploading files of any
significant size lately with Frontpage 2002. I used to
upload images with no trouble. I use an ftp location to
host them with my ISP. A few months ago, I began having
trouble with posting anything more than a couple of
kilobytes. Small files posted fine, but files of a size
of 10Kb or more would cause the uploading process to
stall out. I reinstalled Frontpage and then things
worked ok. So I uploaded what I wanted to and haven't
uploaded anything for a few months. Now I am having the
same trouble again. I am not aware of any changes that
may have happened to my system between now and then. I
don't understand how the size of the file is affecting
things. When I look at my webspace just using command
line FTP, I can tell that my files are uploading like 98%
and then stopping. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

IMHO if you are using FTP mode, you are better off using a 3rd party FTP to upload your site
