I need upload script to upload *.doc files.

My server is running IIS 5.1, Windows 2000 and has FP XP and FP 2003
extensions.

See if your web host offers an upload script (like SA FileUp). Or go to
www.asp101.com and do a search for Pure ASP File Upload. FP2003 also has an
upload if you go to Insert, Form, Upload but you'll need to make sure your
web host allows it and that the folder you're uploading to has write
permissions.
