Converting http web to disk ftp web?

I will be switching from a host with FP Extensions to a host without
extensions.

I am using an http web. I have been uploading my website to my webhost with
FP 2003 and http.

What do I need to do to eliminate my FP Extensions and how do I upload via
FP ftp?

Where are the FP Extensions located on my web? Should I delete all the
..vti... folders?

Use File Menu | Publish Web / Site and enter the FTP location as provided by your web host.

Locally do not remove the FP extensions / _vti folder, as this is how FP manages your site content.

If you can use FP's FTP publish then FP will only upload the required folders and files.
