Upload help...

I added an upload form but no submit and reset buttons apear. How can i get
those buttons when i insert an upload form? Furthermore, how do i det it up?

Site must be hosted on a Windows IIS web server that has the FP extensions and you must have
published it via FP's http mode, and the web host must allow you to use this function.
