uph cleanup service install glitch

Hello,

I'm trying to install the UPH Clean.
I keep getting the error message: " The installation source for this product
is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."
What is this?

He multiposted and this problem has been resolved by using Windows Install
Cleanup. He removed the entry for UPH Cleanup and was able to install
successfully.
