Upgrading XP Home to Pro

What is the best way do this. Will XP Pro upgrade XP
Home or do I need to do a reinstall.

you seem to ask your question two different ways.

Windows XP Home can be Upgraded to Windows XP Pro.

Windows XP Pro cannot be "Upgraded" to Windows XP Home, as it would not be
an upgrade yet a downgrade
