What is the best method of upgrading 150 w2k pc to xp? I
read about using unattended installs, RIS & sysprep but
they all want to do a fresh install not an upgrade.

You cannot use RIS or Sysprep to upgrade an operating system.
The only automated installation method you can use to perform
upgrades is an unattended installation using Winnt32.exe.
