upgrading OE5 to version OE6

I need to upgrade Outlook expressed from version 5 to version 6 for
Microsoft ME.
Can I get this on a CD for free in the UK?

OE6 comes with Internet Explorer 6. You can download IE6 here
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/ie6sp1/default.asp
or, if you are in the U.S you can order the CD. Otherwise you can use a disc
supplied free with most PC magazines. The latter is better if you are not on
broadband as it is a pretty big file.
