UPGRADING FROM WIN 98

I AM TRYING TO UPGRADE FROM 98 TO 2000 PRO AND I AM
RECEIVING MESSAGES SAYING THAT I MISSING SOME FILES THAT
ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE UPGRADE. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD
THIS PROBLEM AND IF SO WHAT CAN I DO?

a) Don't upgrade - do a clean installation of Win2000. You
will get a far superior product.

b) Writing messages in capitals is called "shouting" in
newsgroups. Please do not shout.
