Upgrading from Win 2K Server to Advanced Server

Hello,
If we have a server running on Win 2K Server and want to
upgrade to Advanced Server on the some box, to bypass the
4GB memory limit and 2 processor limit, can this be done?
How? Any ramifications from doing it?
 
Per the following article, there is no way to upgrade from Windows 2000
Server to Windows 2000 Advanced Server:

232039 Windows 2000 Upgrade Paths

You would have to format the drive if you intend to install Windows 2000
Advanced Server on the same computer that is running Windows 2000 Server.
