I am currently having problems with my 98 program. And I
want to install XP. My husband has done a number on my
current 98, by deleting files . What I would like to do
is uninstall 98 if possible before I install XP. Could I
do this? I do not have the original 98 disc, but I have
another one. I'm ready to upgrade. I have XP on my
laptop and I love it. Can someone help me. I've never
done this before, and I don't want to mess it up where I'm
gonna regret it. I do have the XP disc
I have a Dell Opti Plex GXa 266 megahertz Pentium II/2.42
GB Hard Drive/ 128mb installed memory. I also have a CD
Burner installed, and CDROM. I run AOL DSL 9.0. Am I going
to have enough room? I really don't need to save any
files off the 98. Thank you.
