I have installed the upgrade for Access. I have fiound out though that I do
not have access to many templates because my Office in not "genuine". It
came with the computer when I bought it in 2006 as a free trial. I do not
remember using it past that time, although I have used Word and Excell and
have never had a problem. Does anyone have any advice?

I would have thought that that should be sufficient. You might try getting
in touch with Microsoft (despite what many people think, these newsgroups
are not official channels of communication with Microsoft: they're intended
for peer-to-peer communicate in order to solve technical issues). Follow the
"Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page at http://www.microsoft.com

I suspect, though, that they may insist that you purchase a legal version of
Office as well.
