upgraded xp from home to pro

I upgraded xp from hom to pro and can no longer get on Term Server. I have a
W2k server w/ term liscense. It will longer allow me in it gives me this
error.
The remote computer disconnected the session because of an error in the
liscensing protocol. Please try connecting to the remote computer again or
contact your server administrator
