Upgraded to FP 2003 -- Problem

I upgraded from FP 98 to FP 2003. My webs are on my hard drive. In FP98,
there was a function File>Open FrontPage Web.

1. Where is that function in FP 2003?
2. How do I get my existing webs imported into FP 2003 complete with theme
and navigation structure?

I still hunt for it. its file/ open site. I think I'm looking for the o-w
combination. ;-)

File Menu | Open Site and enter the location of your current webs.
