Upgraded but still rebooting

It was a clean install I don't know how to repair.

Which graphics card are you using? Which game(s) are you trying to play?

I have a Radeon 9550 and like games like sims2, star trek and them
hospital.
The computer has the same problems when useing the internet or jus
starting up, running normal applications.

ATI has a complete uninstall untility at their website at www.ati.com

Also make sure you have the latest version of DirectX
(www.microsoft.com/directx)
