I am trying to upgrade my Windows ME to Windows XP with
the XP upgrade disk and keep getting an error message
of "WINNT has caused an error in WINNT32.EXE. WINNT will
now close." and "WINNT has caused an error in WINNT32.DLL.
WINNT will now close."

Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem is. I have
checked the MS support pages and have not found anything.

When you ran the Upgrade Advisor did it provide a list of possible
incompatibilities?
