Upgrade Windows 2000 Pro to Windows XP Pro

I'm running Windows 2000 Pro SP4 fully updated. Some things I want to do
require Windows XP & I prefer to go to XP Pro. Upgrade pkgs I've seen span
the range from basic XP Pro to ones with either SP1 or SP2 included. Will any
of these work properly to upgrade a 2000 Pro SP4 machine, or do I have to
stick with the version with no SPs included? My PC is XP-ready as far as I
can tell.

The upgrade package should include SP3!

No, this is not a preferred option.
