Upgrade Advisor says that I must remove Secure Remote. I have removed all
securemote and checkpoint folders; removed all securemote and checkpoint
registry keys; and I have ran cpclean which tells me that I have no
CheckPoint files or keys on my computer. Still Upgrade Advisor says that I
have Secure Remote and it must be removed.

How do I remove Secure Remote to satisfy the Upgrade Advisor?

The Program Manufacturer should be able to help you remove whatever is left
of their program, they are the experts.

Jupiter,

Thank you, but I actually finally found the information that I needed in the
Microsoft Knowledgebase. One has to look under securemote and not secure
remote. The culprit was a file: fwenc.exe

Thank you,

Roy
