Upgrade to Windows 7 and 64 bit computer

I am currently using Windows XP Pro (32 bit). If I upgrade to a new 64 bit
computer with Windows 7, will I be able to use my two external hard drives
and their 32-bit Windows XP content on the new computer with Windows 7?

Thank you.

If you mean "data files" when you say "content" then the answer is yes.
However, a fresh installation of Windows 7 would give you a far better
product than an upgrade from WinXP.

A clean installation is the only thing possible. An upgrade from XP to
Windows 7 is not possible, nor is an upgrade from any 32-bit version
to any 64-bit version possible.

Thank you Pegasus and Ken for your responses. I will go on and get a new
64-bit computer with Windows 7.
